PROADONIZ+ subscriptions
PROADONIZ+ is the current optional premium membership. The price, billing interval, and included premium entitlements are shown in the applicable membership experience before purchase. A paid PROADONIZ+ status is not identity verification and does not override privacy, safety, moderation, or community rules.
Paid Communities V2
PROADONIZ is developing a separate Paid Communities V2 system for eligible recurring community memberships. It is not publicly active while rollout controls remain disabled. If introduced, access will depend on community-owner eligibility, seller onboarding, platform rules, applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and successful payment reconciliation. PROADONIZ does not promise that every community or seller will qualify.
Cancellation and billing recovery
When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, applicable premium or paid-community access may continue through the verified paid-through period. Failed payments may be retried or recovered according to the relevant payment provider's billing state and applicable law, and entitlements can end when payment or subscription requirements are no longer satisfied.
Refunds and disputes
Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate or legally required. A refund or dispute may change the related entitlement according to the applicable product and payment state.
Legacy financial activity
Historical paid-community checkout and payout infrastructure remain frozen legacy systems. Historical balances, payout records, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or accounting records may still be retained and handled as needed to resolve prior transactions and legal or financial obligations. Legacy records do not create an entitlement to Paid Communities V2 access, onboarding, checkout, or payouts.
Prohibited paid activity
Paid Communities may not be used to sell, gate, facilitate, or route payment for pornography, sexually explicit material intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, sexual live-chat services, fetish services, trafficking, exploitation, or other prohibited sexual businesses or activity or to circumvent payment-provider restrictions.

When contacting support, include:
your PROADONIZ username, a short description of the issue, the affected feature or community when relevant, and any relevant date or transaction reference. Never send passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents through ordinary support messages.
