Two separate systems
Historical legacy checkout and payout infrastructure is frozen legacy infrastructure retained only for historical transactions, disputes, refunds, accounting, rights-holder matters, and enforcement. Separately, PROADONIZ is developing Paid Communities V2 for recurring community membership. Paid Communities V2 is not publicly active while rollout controls remain disabled.
Paid Communities V2 eligibility
If introduced, Paid Communities V2 may be available only to eligible Community Owners who complete seller preparation, any required payment-provider onboarding, and ongoing compliance checks. Availability, checkout, subscriptions, payouts, refunds, disputes, and seller eligibility can depend on platform rules, applicable law, and payment-provider requirements. Use of Stripe Connect, hosted onboarding, or direct charges does not guarantee platform or seller approval by Stripe.
Content and monetization are separate decisions
Permission for content to remain on PROADONIZ does not guarantee payment eligibility. Sensitive Content that is permitted on the platform can still be ineligible for monetization. Pornography, sexually explicit material intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, sexual live-chat services, fetish services, trafficking, exploitation, or equivalent prohibited sexual businesses or activity may not be distributed or monetized on PROADONIZ.
Seller obligations
Community sellers must accurately describe their communities, comply with PROADONIZ rules and applicable law, and follow payment-provider restrictions. Sellers may not use paid membership, private access, links, messages, gated media, off-platform fulfillment, or other mechanisms to conceal prohibited activity or circumvent payment-provider rules.
Historical payment-provider restrictions
Legacy transactions remained subject to payment-provider rules and applicable law. PROADONIZ may continue to enforce or document restrictions relevant to historical refunds, disputes, chargebacks, prohibited transactions, or legal obligations.
Rights-holder and safety matters
Copyright owners and other affected parties may report allegedly infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material through PROADONIZ reporting channels. Monetization or seller state may be considered when resolving a report.
No automatic monetization entitlement
Community ownership, verification, Sensitive Content eligibility, PROADONIZ+ status, or historical monetization do not create a right to Paid Communities V2 onboarding, checkout, payouts, or continued seller eligibility.
