1. Eligibility and accounts
PROADONIZ is available only to users age 18 and older. Being 18 or older does not create permission to publish, distribute, sell, or gate content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or payment-provider requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining control of your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
2. User content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant PROADONIZ the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and operate that content within the service. You may not use PROADONIZ for unlawful activity, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate or sexual content, harassment, threats, stalking, fraud, impersonation, malware, prohibited hate or extremist activity, privacy violations, infringement, or other prohibited conduct described in the Community Guidelines.
3. Sensitive Content
Sensitive Content can include eligible age-sensitive, graphic, health, fitness, artistic, cultural, newsworthy, or similar material that may require additional viewer controls. A Sensitive Content label or viewer preference is not an entitlement to pornography, sexually explicit material intended for sexual gratification, sexual services, sexual live-chat services, fetish services, trafficking, exploitation, or other prohibited sexual content, businesses, or activity. Prohibited content remains prohibited regardless of age, consent between users, community privacy, payment status, or viewer preference.
4. Communities, sellers, membership, and premium access
Community ownership, moderation roles, seller eligibility, verification, and PROADONIZ+ are separate account states. PROADONIZ+ is the current optional premium membership and does not itself verify identity, confer seller status, or change platform-wide safety requirements.
Historical legacy checkout and payout infrastructure is frozen and retained only for historical transactions, refunds, disputes, accounting, legal obligations, and safety enforcement. Separately, PROADONIZ is developing Paid Communities V2 for recurring community membership. Paid Communities V2 is not publicly active while rollout controls remain disabled and, if introduced, will be subject to eligibility, seller onboarding, platform rules, applicable law, and payment-provider requirements.
5. Paid Communities seller obligations
If Paid Communities V2 becomes available under the current direct-charge design, Community Owners and community sellers must complete required Stripe-hosted onboarding and identity/business verification. The connected community seller is the seller or merchant for the community membership charge. The seller must comply with PROADONIZ rules, applicable law, and payment-provider restrictions. Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and related adjustments may affect the connected seller's balance according to Stripe's rules and the seller's connected-account configuration.
PROADONIZ's application fee is separate from Stripe processing fees. Under the current Paid Communities V2 design, PROADONIZ charges a server-enforced 10% application fee on eligible recurring community membership payments. Refunding an underlying seller transaction does not automatically refund PROADONIZ's application fee unless PROADONIZ explicitly reverses or refunds that fee under the applicable refund policy or provider flow. Sellers must cooperate with refund, dispute, chargeback, evidence, fraud-review, and payment-provider requirements.
Sellers may not use paid membership, private communities, gated media, messages, live interaction, links, or off-platform fulfillment to sell, distribute, facilitate, or conceal prohibited sexual content or services, or to circumvent payment-provider rules. PROADONIZ may deny onboarding, disable checkout, suspend seller privileges, restrict a community, preserve records, or terminate access when required for compliance or safety.
6. PROADONIZ+ subscriptions and cancellation
PROADONIZ+ may renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, premium access may continue through that period. Billing availability and payment recovery can depend on the payment provider and applicable law.
7. PROADONIZ+
PROADONIZ+ provides premium product features and entitlements identified in the service. It does not guarantee increased distribution, ranking, verification, seller status, community ownership, or any particular social or business outcome.
8. Enforcement and termination
PROADONIZ may warn or strike accounts, remove content, limit distribution or features, suspend seller eligibility, disable commerce, suspend communities or accounts, terminate access, or preserve information when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, payment-provider requirements, or protect the service. Legacy payment restrictions may also remain available where needed to resolve historical financial activity. Repeated or severe violations may escalate to permanent termination without every intermediate step.
9. Service availability
Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. PROADONIZ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage of content, audience reach, seller eligibility, payment-provider approval, payout availability, or any particular outcome from premium features.
